Our Reconditioned Tractor Warranty

As far as we know, we are the only company in the United States that provides a warranty for used tractors. Our exceptional 8-month and 1-week warranty sets the standard for our "reconditioned" tractor line. In addition to various other advantages associated with this line, our tractors undergo a meticulous inspection process. This thorough examination ensures the absence of leaks and meticulously verifies the mechanical and electrical components for optimal functionality.

Any worn or damaged parts are either repaired or replaced, all fluids are changed, and a final check is conducted to guarantee proper functionality. Our inspection process is pivotal in ensuring the absolute satisfaction of our customers. Once a tractor meets our stringent inspection criteria, we turn our attention to the aesthetics, including new tires, fresh paint, updated decals, a new seat, loader, roll bar, canopy, battery, and more.

Our commitment is to provide tractors that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, ensuring their reliable service for years to come. In essence, we are dedicated to delivering only high-quality and dependable equipment from our facility.

RECONDITIONED TRACTOR WARRANTY ($1500.00)

First week:

Upon receiving your tractor, we extend coverage for the initial week, encompassing any mechanical, electrical, or leakage issues. We kindly request customers to return the tractor to us. For tractors with "minor" issues, we will dispatch all necessary parts to you at no expense, allowing you to either install the parts yourself or engage a local mechanic.

In the case of tractors facing a "major" warranty issue, we advise returning them to our facility. This ensures that we can provide both the required labor and parts for the resolution. For our out-of-state clients, consider our warranty as a blend of warranty and insurance. Similar to covering a deductible for vehicle repairs, we request that you handle the shipping costs for returning the tractor to us. Once received, we will take care of all associated parts and labor costs. Upon completion of the warranty work, we will coordinate and cover the expenses for returning your tractor to you at our cost.

Following Two Months 

During the subsequent two-month period (60 days), the warranty specifically covers parts and labor related to the engine and transmission internals. In such cases, we insist on the tractor being returned to us. Opting for a tractor purchase with our warranty is akin to securing an insurance policy for it. If you were to acquire a tractor from another source, you could potentially face repair expenses ranging from $5,000 to $8,000. However, with our warranty, your sole expenditure would be the cost of shipping the tractor back to us.

When you make a significant purchase from us, rest assured that we are committed to rectifying any engine or transmission issues within the warranty coverage, incurring zero costs on your part. Furthermore, upon resolving the tractor's issues, we take responsibility for covering all associated expenses for shipping your tractor back to you.

Following Six Months 

Over the upcoming six months, any requested repairs will be carried out at 50% of the retail price, encompassing both parts and labor. Throughout this warranty duration, the customer is accountable for covering the freight costs to and from our location once the repairs are finalized.




 

REFURBISHED TRACTOR WARRANTY  ($2,500.00)

Tractors that aren't featured in our reconditioned line are categorized as refurbished. Our refurbished tractors undergo the same meticulous inspection and repair procedures as the "red reconditioned" tractors mentioned earlier. Beyond addressing mechanical, electrical, and leakage concerns, we also ensure the tractor boasts top-notch tires, a comfortable seat, intact hydraulic loader hoses, and an appealing paint finish. Upon arrival, our customers can expect an excellently functioning and aesthetically pleasing tractor.

To achieve this, we perform touch-up paint, buffing, and detailing to meet our stringent quality standards. Each refurbished tractor demands unique attention to cater to its specific needs.

One Month:
After we spend a considerable amount of time and money inspecting and repairing your tractor, we can then supply a 30 day warranty from the date you receive your tractor. This will cover parts and labor of the engine internals, only. 
Six months:
In addition to the 30 day internal engine warranty, if you need us for anything over the course of the 6 month warranty period, the cost of that will be completed at 50% of retail price which includes parts and labor.
